“When Lawyers Instigate Their Clients”
Too often, as litigators, we find our adversaries (and, maybe, we ourselves as well), for whatever reason, pushing the client too far. Instead of finding ways to resolve or ameliorate cases or controversies, lawyers sometimes actually instigate their clients. When they do so, do they really do what lawyers should be doing? Or are they somehow moving the litigation in the wrong direction?
Here’s my own “totally objective” thought on this phenomenon, just up.
With all Best Wishes for the New Year.
