Tess is an associate in Stroock’s national Financial Restructuring Group. She represents large institutional investors, public and private companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, banks, ad hoc committees, official creditor committees and lenders in the structuring, negotiation, financing and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, restructurings and workouts, in both in-court and out-of-court transactions.

Tess serves on the firm’s Associates’ Committee and works closely with firm management on issues of interest, recommends ways to enhance existing programs and introduces new initiatives.
