He focuses on advising lenders, asset managers and financial entities in relation to a variety of matters, including leveraged loan investments, CLOs, LIBOR transition matters and mezzanine, unitranche, multitranche, preferred stock and other complex financings.
Stevan is also the founder and former CEO of Asembl Corporation, a technology company focused on interactive online performance.
