Stevan Nicholas is special counsel in the firm's Corporate and  Debt Finance practices, where he utilizes his unique perspective — honed through years of experience working with domestic and international clients — to deliver reliable, timely and creative legal guidance on complex issues.

He focuses on advising lenders, asset managers and financial entities in relation to a variety of matters, including leveraged loan investments, CLOs, LIBOR transition matters and mezzanine, unitranche, multitranche, preferred stock and other complex financings.

Stevan is also the founder and former CEO of Asembl Corporation, a technology company focused on interactive online performance.
