Lora concentrates her practice on fund formation and the operation of private equity funds accommodating U.S. and non-U.S. investors and corporate transactions.
Lora represents and advises public and private, as well as emerging growth companies, in domestic and cross-border joint ventures, M&A, strategic alliances, equity investments and restructurings, equity and debt financings, entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory issues and commercial transactions across broad industries.
Lora has also negotiated various commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, compensation and employment agreements, licensing agreements, purchase agreements, indemnity agreements and vendor agreements.
Prior to joining Stroock, Lora was in-house counsel for a e-hailing car aggregator, where she managed all legal activities across the U.S. and abroad, and at another large NYC law firm.
