Daniel Yost practices in the Financial Services Litigation, Regulation and Enforcement Group and focuses on complex commercial litigation, as well as regulatory compliance counseling and defense for clients in federal and multi-state investigations, enforcement actions and examinations. Mr. Yost has experience in matters involving state and federal consumer protection statutes, fair lending and fair housing laws, credit reporting and debt collection. Mr. Yost’s pro bono practice focuses on asylum claims for refugees and housing rights for New York City tenants.
Mr. Yost is also co-chair of the firm’s Health and Wellness Committee.
