Benjamin focuses his practice on transactional real estate matters.
After graduating from the University of Michigan, Benjamin earned a J.D. and MBA from Fordham University. While in law school, he served on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and Fordham Environmental Law Review.
Benjamin previously interned in Newmark Knight Frank’s legal department and is a former Stroock summer associate.
Benjamin has primarily represented clients in the following capacities:
- Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property
- Joint venture restructurings
- Landlord – tenant housing disputes
