Bruce D. Gallant advises clients on employee benefits, executive compensation, ERISA and related matters.  He brings extensive leadership experience, technical knowledge  and perspective across the employee benefits, fiduciary and capital markets worlds.

Prior to joining Stroock, Mr. Gallant served as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. He was also the Chief Fiduciary Officer for JPMorgan’s institutional investment management business. In addition, Mr. Gallant has over 15 years of private practice experience having served as Special Counsel at an international law firm prior to his tenure at JPMorgan and has represented public and private companies, including broker-dealers, investment managers, investment banks and other financial institutions and organizations.

Mr. Gallant has been nationally recommended by The Legal 500 United States. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
