Brendan also devotes significant time to pro bono matters. In cooperation with the University of Miami School of Law’s Immigration Clinic, for example, he represented two detainees on a botched deportation flight to Somalia in their applications for withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture.
Brendan has been selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” every year since 2014 for his work in banking and business litigation. He has also been recognized as an “Up and Comer” in Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite awards.
