Ms. De Bare focuses on the representation of developers, sponsors and lenders. Ms. De Bare dedicates a significant portion of her practice to representing clients in their purchase and/or formation of commercial, residential and mixed-use condominiums. She negotiates documents for and creates "two-unit" condominiums and generally advises developers, sponsors and lenders on issues concerning condominium conversions.
Ms. De Bare also advises, analyzes and prepares offering plans, and appears before the Attorney General's office in connection with both new construction and conversion projects.
