Jessica Rabinowitz practices in all areas of complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on financial services litigation and consumer class actions. Mrs. Rabinowitz has defended a wide range of actions brought against banks and other financial services institutions in connection with consumer protection matters, including alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth-In-Lending Act and numerous provisions of state law and the Uniform Commercial Code.
