David Sifre has litigated complex commercial disputes in each of the following areas: general commercial, real estate, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, securities, trusts and estates, and insurance. He co-authored "The Disclosure of Core Work Product to Testifying Experts," published in the New York Law Journal, February 11, 2004; and "United States Federal Courts: No Longer Available to Compel Discovery in Connection with Non-United States Arbitrations," published in The American Review of International Arbitration, Vol. 10, 1999 No.1. and The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Law Journal, December 1999.
