PRACTICE AREAS


Daniel Bertaccini is an experienced complex commercial litigator whose practice focuses on representing financial institutions and financial services companies in individual and class actions, both in federal and state court.  Mr. Bertaccini litigates numerous civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level, with particular emphasis on civil procedure and class action litigation.

Mr. Bertaccini also regularly represents companies when interfacing with state attorneys general, including defending companies in individual state and multistate investigations.  In addition, Mr. Bertaccini has substantial experience conducting internal investigations, for example in response to shareholder demands.

Mr. Bertaccini is a member of Stroock’s eDiscovery and Information Governance Committee.
