Brendan Everman's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on the defense of national banks and other businesses in all aspects of both individual and class actions. In particular, Mr. Everman has significant experience in matters involving contract disputes, employment issues, fair debt collection practices, data security, and consumer protection statutes.
Mr. Everman was named as a Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite "Up and Comer." He was also named a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" for 2014-2017 for his work in banking and business litigation.
