Jayme Goldstein Recognized as a 2018 Distinguished Leader by New York Law Journal
New York, June 15, 2018 — Jayme Goldstein, a partner in Stroock’s Financial Restructuring Group, has been recognized by the New York Law Journal as one of its Distinguished Leaders for 2018. This award recognizes 20 attorneys across the country in leadership roles at their respective firms who achieved extraordinary results over the past year. Jayme will be profiled in October as part of the New York Law Journal’s Professional Excellence special issue.
Since becoming a partner at Stroock in 2010, Jayme has led, or played an integral role in, some of the most significant restructuring and bankruptcy matters in the country. He has developed a wealth of experience in representing sophisticated ad hoc groups of hedge funds, private equity funds, money-center banks, investment managers and other financial institutions as creditors, equity holders and new money investors in complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings and distressed M&A transactions across every industry sector.
Jayme was also previously recognized as a leading lawyer in the 2017 and 2018 editions of Chambers USA and named by Turnarounds and Workouts as one of its twelve “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” for three years in a row (2014-2016).
