Ian DiBernardo quoted in "Nintendo 3DS Patent Case Heads to High Court"

Ian DiBernardo, co-practice group leader of Stroock’s Intellectual Property Group, was quoted in a Courthouse News article that discusses Stroock client Tomita Technologies’ petition to the U.S. Supreme Court to review a case in which Nintendo faces allegations that its 3DS gaming console infringes a patent covering 3-D technology, so that the court can clarify the law covering the so-called doctrine of equivalents.  To read the article, please click here.
