The firm is pleased to announce that the Content Marketing Institute recognized Stroock's Real Estate Fast Forward as a finalist in the category "Best Use of Technology in Content Marketing" for its annual Content Marketing Awards.

Adding to a growing list of awards for Real Estate Fast Forward, this recognition highlights companies that leveraged technology to new heights in their marketing programming. Stroock is included among finalists from TRESemmé, AT&T Business, AAA Club Alliance and winner, State Farm.

Created in partnership with Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated (LISI), Stroock’s Real Estate team developed Real Estate Fast Forward to remain connected with clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Continuing on today, the unique microsite pushes the boundaries of conventional legal marketing by providing a one-of-a-kind digital experience.

Users can explore a virtual New York City streetscape, Los Angeles art gallery or Washington, D.C. multipurpose building and interact with graphics such as billboards, modern art exhibits, or a hotel lobby, to learn more about Stroock’s recent real estate transactions, market insights or practice-related webinars. A fourth and final installment set in Miami will launch later this year.

In 2022, the project’s Los Angeles edition won New York Law Journal’s 2022 Innovation Award, which recognized creative and inspiring approaches taken during unprecedented times, as well as two 2022 Web Marketing Awards for Best Legal Interactive Application and Best Real Estate Interactive Application.

The Content Marketing Institute (CMI) seeks to advance the practice of content marketing through online education and in-person and digital events. CMI creates and curates content experiences that teach marketers and creators from enterprise brands, small businesses, and agencies how to attract and retain customers through compelling, multichannel storytelling.
