A Stroock team represented the cooperative corporation that owned New York City’s 417 Park Avenue in connection with the $184 million sale of all of the cooperative’s shares by its shareholders to Klovern AB of Sweden and New York-based GDS Development Management, the parties announced Tuesday.
The transaction involved the 14-story, 29-unit co-op building, located at Park Avenue and East 55th Street. This is the first time such a transaction involving a co-op entity has been completed.
The Stroock team is made up of Eva Talel, Jeffrey Lowenthal, Howard Lavin and Jon Ziefert.
