Law 360

In an article entitled “BREAKING: High Court Limits Class Standing In TransUnion FCRA Suit,” Law360 reports on the U.S. Supreme Court’s cutting down of a certified class of nearly 8,200 consumers accusing TransUnion of violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In finding in TransUnion’s favor, the high court held that not all members of the class suffered concrete harm and thus lacked standing to pursue their multimillion-dollar claims.

TransUnion is represented by Stroock lawyers Julia B. Strickland, Stephen J. Newman and Christine E. Ellice.
