In a Law360 article, Ross Moskowitz and Eva Schneider consider the potential impact of newly approved land use amendments to the city’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) and note that, in contrast to approved ballot measures on other issues, the land use amendments “offer more modest changes.”

They also look at the opposite sides of an ongoing debate on whether the amendments provide a “positive step forward for transparency” or “simply stall the land use process.”
