Ross F. Moskowitz, a partner in Stroock's Real Estate Practice Group and the head of its Land Use Practice Group, in his capacity as the New York City Bar's Land Use Planning & Zoning Committee Chair, co-authored a letter to Governor Cuomo and the New York state legislature to re-enact the expired real estate tax exemption in the Section 421-a Law and renew, modify and permanently extend the Private Activity Bond Allocation Act of 2014.  To read the letter, please click here.
