Quyen Truong, a partner in Stroock’s Financial Services Litigation, Regulation and Enforcement Group, was quoted in an Inside Mortgage Finance article discussing what to expect following the Senate’s confirmation of Kathy Kraninger as the second permanent director of the CFPB.
Truong said she believes Kraninger will follow “the same general course” but may not follow the former director’s exact actions.
