A recent Law360 article looked at how three years after the decision in Janus v. AFSCME, public-sector unions are still battling lawsuits regarding fees. This is despite the fact that every court that’s considered the issue has found unions don’t have to refund fees charged under previous precedents.

Stroock Partner Dina Kolker commented on the potential strategy behind these suits and  her own experience litigating in federal court on behalf of public sector unions in the two New York fee cases.
