Stroock special counsel Julie Nevins was quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled “How Are Global Companies Dealing With the Coronavirus?” The article looks at the results of a new survey from the American Chamber of Commerce in China showing the impact of the coronavirus on international business.

Julie addresses the uncertainty around coverage for coronavirus-related losses, noting, “The hurdle is that most business interruption policies require as a trigger for coverage physical damage to property,” which is unlikely to apply in this case.
