Stroock’s Joel Cohen is featured in a New York Times article titled “N.Y.’s Legal Limbo: Pandemic Creates Backlog of 39,200 Cases,” which looks at the stress placed on New York City’s court system in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Discussing the inability for juries to convene, Joel notes “The whole idea of ‘12 Angry Men’ screaming at each other over a telephone, over a Zoom network, would be ridiculous.”
