Goldfeder explains ranked choice voting in his recent New York Daily News article, “The ranked-choice difference: What New Yorkers should look for when they vote in this month’s primary.” Goldfeder provides an overview of how ranked voting works, discusses how it may affect voting in a number of upcoming races in New York City and provides advice on how to think about ranked voting .  He also cautions voters to be aware that there are races where ranked voting is not being utilized.  So people need to pay close attention to the instructions on each ballot.
