Howard Lavin, a partner in Stroock’s Employment Group, is quoted in an article that discusses recent findings from a Society for Human Resource Management study on the challenges for workplace managers and employees returning to work. The study looked at several issues, including arming managers with facts about the vaccine based on science,  understanding the legal issues of requiring employees to be vaccinated and being prepared to listen to and counsel workers who are nervous about the vaccine.
