Evan Hudson is featured in a National Real Estate Investor article titled “Supermarkets are Packed. How Will REITs That Own Grocery-Anchored Centers Perform in the Long-Term?” that looks at the potential impact on shopping center REITs resulting from the COVID-19 crisis.

While REITs that own grocery-anchored centers will likely “outperform,” according to Hudson, “grocery-anchored real estate companies generally aren’t pure plays—the non-grocery components of the centers will see flagging performance.”
