With a vote on AB-375 (the “Privacy Bill”) in the California Legislature set for June 28, 2018, California is poised to enact sweeping privacy legislation, potentially averting a competing ballot initiative (the “Privacy Initiative”) that has qualified for the November 6, 2018 ballot.
