U.S. Legal Implications of Foreign Direct Investment for Chinese CEO's

On September 23, 2015, Stroock’s DC Office will be hosting a delegation of Chinese CEO’s visiting the U.S. during the Chinese President’s meeting with the White House. Stroock attorneys will discuss the U.S. legal implications of foreign direct investment, including mergers, acquisitions of U.S. companies or assets, the navigation of regulations, national security policies and concerns, and an overview of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
