Join Kevin Matz for his annual review of the 2019 Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning on Thursday, March 7. The review is co-sponsored by the Estate Planning Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs and the Estate Planning Council of New York City, Inc.
Kevin will summarize the most important takeaways from the 2019 Heckerling Conference including (1) estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals under the 2017 Tax Reform Act, (2) up-to-the-minute developments on proposed changes to the New York state estate tax laws with respect to persons who make gifts within three years of death and (3) Qualified Opportunity Funds and Opportunity Zones.
The event will take place at the UJA-Federation of New York’s Midtown Manhattan location.
