Stroock partner James Bernard will be speaking at an upcoming CLE event “The Business and Ethics of Managing a 21st Century Law Firm” hosted by Fordham Law School. The program is a three-part (Monday evening) series co-sponsored by the Stein Center for Law and Ethics and the Corporate Law Center. Mr. Bernard will be speaking at the first series on January 28 in New York, NY.
Mr. Bernard’s panel, “Lessons Learned and Reflections on the State of “Big Law” in 2013,” will discuss some of the ethical problems, lessons learned, and future opportunities coming out of the economic crisis and the shifting legal landscape.
