Seton Hall Circuit Review Symposium: "Be Careful Who You "Like:" Legal and Ethical Implications of Social Media Use in the Workplace and Employment and Labor Litigation"

Stroock Partner Howard Lavin will be speaking at the Seton Hall Circuit Review Symposium: "Be Careful Who You "Like:" Legal and Ethical Implications of Social Media Use in the Workplace and Employment and Labor Litigation" on February 5, 2013. This half day, 5-CLE-credit conference will be held at Seton Hall Law School in Newark.

Mr. Lavin's panel will discuss how employers use social media in employment decisions, and the legal implications of such actions.
