This program is essential for those who practice coop/condo law. First there will be a review of recent cases decided in the past six months. A discussion dedicated to sponsor problems, issues and remedies will follow. Each segment will have a short presentation followed by a full panel discussion to examine and delve into the fine points of each topic, including ILSA, construction defects, the Martin Act, and sponsor’s refusal to give up control of the building.
