Trends in New York City Land Use and Real Estate Development is the third annual conference on this important topic sponsored by New York Law School’s Center for New York City Law, Center for Real Estate Studies, and the New York City Law Department. This year’s conference will address cutting-edge issues in the land use arena, including tax benefits for sports facilities, the use of open space and parkland to foster economic development, recent trends in the city’s parking policy, and climate change. These issues will be explored by some of the key players in the public and private sectors in sessions designed to be of interest to lawyers, developers, urban planners and others interested in land use, real estate development, and city planning.
