Speakers: Alan M. Klinger

Recently, Stroock’s Co-Managing Partner Alan Klinger participated on a panel discussion at the NYU Center for Labor and Employment Law’s 24th Annual NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges in conjunction with the Federal Judicial Center. Alan’s panel, entitled, COVID-19 Challenges to Employment Law and Litigation, examined workplace health and safety laws, safe harbor regulations, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, mandatory workplace vaccination, workers compensation, and other issues federal courts may see as a result of the pandemic. The panel also addressed COVID-19 related changes to process such as virtual hearings and jury trials.
