Sayan Bhattacharyya specializes in corporate and financial restructuring and regularly represents ad hoc committees of bondholders and bank lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, debtors, individual creditors, acquirers, DIP lenders, equity holders, indenture trustees and bank agents in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and default scenarios.
Mr. Bhattacharyya focuses his practice on the representation of hedge funds, private equity funds, banks and large institutional investors in in-court and out-of-court restructuring scenarios and the development and implementation of distressed investment strategies.
