Matthew Schwartz focuses his practice on representing hedge funds, private equity funds and other investment funds, public and private companies, ad hoc and official creditor and equity committees and lenders in the corporate, securities and transactional aspects of a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and restructurings and workouts. He has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of the structuring, negotiation, financing and implementation of these transactions. Mr. Schwartz also regularly advises investors and companies in a broad range of corporate, securities law, capital raising, corporate governance and strategic matters.
