Chris Gabriel focuses his practice on counseling private equity and investment funds, publicly and privately held companies, ad hoc creditor committees, and financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, and implementing a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, restructurings and workouts, and debt and equity financings. Mr. Gabriel also regularly advises investors and companies in a broad range of governance, securities law, and strategic matters.
Prior to joining Stroock, Mr. Gabriel was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in both the Corporate and Financial Services Department and the Business Reorganization and Restructuring Department.
