Our Financial Services/Class Action team includes the former Assistant Director and Deputy General Counsel from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) who helped establish the CFPB as a new federal regulatory agency under the Dodd-Frank Act and managed the legal team, focusing on litigation, enforcement, oversight, and risk management.
