Steven W. Rabitz Speaks on Delayed Fiduciary Possibilities

Steven W. Rabitz, partner and head of Stroock’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group, was quoted in a Law360 article that discusses that President Trump is expected to further delay the start of the U.S. Department of Labor’s fiduciary rule for retirement account advisers beyond the regulatory freeze imposed Friday.  Experts noted the path to a rollback of the regulation is still unclear.  To read the article, please click here (subscription required).
