James G. Sammataro quoted in "What the Stairway to Heaven Jury Didn't Hear"

James G. Sammataro, a partner in Stroock's Entertainment and Litigation Practice Groups and managing partner of the firm's Miami office, was quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek's article that discusses how an eight-person jury found that Led Zeppelin's song "Stairway to Heaven" isn't substantially similar to Spirit's "Taurus" since a law dating to 1909 determined that the album version of "Stairway" would only be compared with the sheet music of "Taurus."  To read the article, please click here.
